Anjali Leadership was created in 2005 by Shahmeen Sadiq, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. Anjali is a Sanskrit word which means “heartfelt offering”.

Shahmeen’s heartfelt offering is to work with leaders and leadership teams. She is passionate about using leadership and team development coaching to build cultures of alignment and effectiveness in organizations and communities.
